The Doorman is the first point of contact for guests arriving at the property. This role is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, opening doors, assisting with luggage, and providing general assistance at the entrance. The Doorman also plays a key role in security and monitoring the flow of people in and out of the property.

• A holder of Bachelor or Associate degree in HRM or Tourism
• Training certificate in relevant field is an advantage
• Pleasing personality
• Proficient in English communication
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, high-end resort, or cruise ship is a must.
