The Stuart/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests dining at the restaurant. This role is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and ensuring an organized, pleasant flow of service. A warm personality, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities are essential to delivering a memorable guest experience.
